Nada Yoga is a science that uses outer sounds to train perception, to lure the mind inward and through that can become aware of the inner sounds (Anahata sounds).
By practicing Nada Yoga, many things can be achieved, amongst them are good health and Samadhi.
Yogi Swatmarama (author of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika) advocates for this practice and finds it even better than the practice of Hatha Yoga, since it does not require much knowledge, can be practice by anyone, anywhere and brings about bliss and happiness right away.
In this course, you will learn a systematic, step-by-step process of practicing Nada Yoga. We will practice various Nada Yoga Meditation techniques, exercises to find your true voice and study specific Shlokas (Sanskrit Verses) and Kirtans for your home practice.
Upon registration, you will receive an invitation to the private Nada Yoga Facebook group and YouTube links. We will use the FB group for ongoing discussions, documents and building a community for you with likeminded Nada Yogis. The weekly meetings will be held in private YouTube meetings, so you will have access to the practices throughout the week.
