Yoga During Pregnancy

Yoga is surely one of the most helpful practices to help pregnant women strengthen the body, relax and recharge. In this class, you will learn how to adjust a Yoga routine throughout the pregnancy and how to utilize Yoga to rebuilt body and mind after giving birth.
We will also look at the spiritual aspect and journey of pregnancy and how to transfer that into a “non-pregnant” life.
